Your satisfaction is our business. You may return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt at NO charge. During Christmas Holiday, all purchases after Nov. 20, you may return your purchases until January 31, 2017. Please include a copy of the invoice for your return. 

For damage or shortage products, please contact us immediately within 10 days. Failure to notify us will forfeit your privilege to this claim.

Please use a shipping method that would allow you to track your return. We recommend UPS or Fedex since they use a tracking method.

In order to ensure that you receive your refund, please attach the label to the original packaging. If the original package is not available, return the product in any appropriate container that will protect the shipment.

If the part is damaged in shipping it may be rejected, please ensure that it is packed appropriately. As per our web site’s posted policy, returned items must be in original condition to be accepted for refund.

A full credit less actual shipping charges will be issued to you within 30 days provided that the product is unused and returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. If an item is not fit for resale it will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% to 25% if any of these materials are missing.
