The ingeniously crafted, durably constructed Cristel Casteline Tech cookware collection features a sleek, stackable nesting design for seamless use and space-saving storage. Easily fit up to 25 pieces in a space that holds 6 to 7 pieces of conventional cookware. This frying pan does not include handles; detachable handles are sold separately and can be used with every piece in the collection. The Casteline Cooking System features 5 5-ply stainless Steel construction with 3-ply sides (to save weight) combined with a 5th ply in a defuser base with a thick aluminum encapsulated pad thermally bonded to the cookware's base. This offers exceptional heat control and the defuser base ensures contact with the heat source without warping even under higher heat conditions. The outside of the vessel is polished stainless steel with a satin interior. The defuser base is made of 10/0 stainless steel to work on any cooking source including gas, halogen, ceramic, and induction.
